Is the party over? Steve Rubel reckons it is and we are all skunk drunk on our own Kool-Aid.

Has the magic gone? Sadly, it seems to be the case for possibly soon to be ex-blogger The Friendly Ghost (or Brendan as we can now call him).

Or is it, my own theory, just changing? And we are entering a different, later, slightly more boring stage of assimilation of the best tools and technologies into the mainstream.

Obviously this theory ignores trivial side issues like the condition of the US economy and focuses more upon disturbing indicators like the fact our own Wade Rockett is going to meet up with his Mom at a blogging conference in Vegas. He's not taking her, you understand, she's going to be there anyway.

Keep her off the Kool-Aid, Wade.
