As a word of explanation for continuing on the theme of dysfunctional PR - which, let's face it, is a little strange for someone in my situation - but the truth is I really like to get direct feedback. Tell people straight and they can take action, fix the problem, improve, move on.
However I can also see that just joining the chorus of whines isn't very inspiring either. In a day or so (make that a week) I'll outline some of the more constructive approaches Metia is taking to ensure that these issues are being addressed in a consistent manner inside our own PR teams.
