So, I'm attending a customer's 'Corp Meets the Field kickoff / planning / feedback / team building session'. Setting aside the NDA stuff and the usual internal housekeeping matters, the best bit is hearing about all the great work and soundbites of wisdom gathered from around the world.

Favourite quote to date, not surprisingly contributed by the Chinese PR Manager, is Chairman Mao's advice: 'before inviting your guests, first clean your house'.

I suspect not directly aimed at PR people but relevant nonetheless.
