JetBlue CEO uses YouTube to address customers

JetBlue CEO and founder David Neeleman takes to the Intertubes to address JetBlue customers. He promises major changes at the company, including a Passenger Bill of Rights. (Extreme weather conditions last week led to massive delays and stranded passengers.)

The video was posted by YouTube user JetBlueCorpComm. Speaking as a consumer, I like that JetBlue is using YouTube as an official channel for corporate communications, and hope that more non-internet companies will do likewise. YouTube is where I get almost all of my video, and it says something that the company stepped out of its corporate bubble to deliver its message.
