JetBlueCorpComm. Speaking as a consumer, I like that JetBlue is using YouTube as an official channel for corporate communications, and hope that more non-internet companies will do likewise. YouTube is where I get almost all of my video, and it says something that the company stepped out of its corporate bubble to deliver its message.
