Al Gore may have
invented the Internet and Howard Dean may have discovered
how to use it to organize supporters and raise campaign funds; but I think we're seeing Web 2.0's maturity as a political tool at
the Web site of Tom Vilsack, Iowa governor and U.S. Presidential candidate.
