Our own government in the UK simply has the wherewithal to lose huge volumes of its citizens' personal data (current location, we know not where). And only using CDs via pigeon post too, so no points for technical innovation even.
But hats off to the Italian government for going one step further and actively publishing its citizens' taxable income online for public view, without any warning. Surprise!
