I seem to recall that recently Gartner - to many people's surprise - scooped an award for its forays into blogging. Unfortunately, some corners of the Gartner empire seem to have been bypassed on the road to web enabled enlightment. Its a shame. I doubt it reflects the attitude of the Gartner analysts we interact with. But the volume of comments posted demonstrate that there are lots of people queuing to take a pop at Gartner (like any market leader). Clumsy behaviour like this gives them the opportunity.
